We’re a small team of builders aiming to take on the travel industry. Our mission is to empower the world’s traveling teams. From a practical standpoint this means we’re building products that enable businesses of all sizes to book, manage, and circulate travel. We see enormous opportunity in this industry and are looking for like-minded people ready to make an impact.

What You'll Be Doing?

• Play a key role in the creation of a new design system and component library. Atoms > Molecules > System.
• Co-leading cross functional product teams including Core product and Growth.
• Conducting and participating in customer discovery including usability tests, user interviews, product research and more.
• Working closely with engineers to see solutions through to release.
• Collaborating with product management and leadership to achieve desired business outcomes through design.

Qualifications?

• Strong portfolio showcasing cross-platform digital products from problem to outcome.
• Experience creating, using and managing design systems.
• Experience designing and shipping digital products from problem/concept to release/outcomes.
• Proficient in Figma or Sketch (figma preferred)
• Experience in designing SaaS tools
• Ability to create high fidelity prototypes in figma, framer, principle, keynote, or code.
• Excellent communicator
• Experience collaborating with engineers to guide implementation
• Capable of designing for experiences that work well on desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
